Age Reversing Essentrics Fitness Class
Age Reversing Essentrics is a workout that will restore movement in your joints, flexibility in your muscles, relieve pain and stimulate your cells to increase energy, vibrancy and your immune system. Class will be taught by Janis Williams Level 1 Certified Essentrics Instructor.
Monday and Thursday at 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
