American Red Cross Blood Drive @ Upper Level
Feb 23 @ 3:00 pm – 7:30 pm

American Red CrossThe American Red Cross will hold a blood drive at Spring Mountain Community Center (upper level) on Friday, February 23 from 3 pm until 7:30 pm.  Reservations may be made by calling Bruce Whitaker at 280-9533, or you may walk in.

The American Red Cross urges eligible donors to give more life by giving blood. The need is constant and the gratification is instant.

Blood donations help millions of patients in need.  To make the journey from “arm to arm,” every unit goes through a series of steps and tests to ensure that it is as safe as can be.

All human blood may look alike, but you can’t donate to just anyone and you can’t receive blood from just anyone. Different blood types need to be matched correctly.

Slow Flow & Yin Yoga with Anna @ Upper Level
Feb 26 @ 6:15 pm – 7:30 pm
Slow Flow & Yin Yoga with Anna @ Upper Level
The class will be a Slow Flow and Yin Yoga. It is ideal for all experience levels.
Slow Flow plus Yin begins with a gentle warm up to loosen the body before coming in to deep Yin poses. Yin poses target the connective tissue and ligaments in the body located deeper than the muscles. This requires us to sit in a pose passively for longer holds. Perfect for creating a meditative space.
