Spring Mountain Community Center is fully funded by donations. In serving the community, our center requires frequent maintenance and updates. In addition, damage from Hurricane Helene in September 2024 left our beloved playground damaged, unsafe, and in need of a full rebuild. After spending the last several months cleaning and stabilizing the ground, we’re ready for phase 2!
The SMCC playground has long been a special gathering place for families, a tradition we want to continue! So we’re asking our community to come together to rebuild a safer, more resilient playground for our future generations.
The new playground is being thoughtfully designed with:

- Improved drainage and flood-resilient site design
- Durable, long-lasting materials
- Engaging play opportunities for children of all ages.
